After a successful show of Artists Trading Cards at the Chamber of Commerce annual luncheon, we decided to continue creating these little Random Acts of Art to build up a reserve to use for the next community opportunity. This ongoing project involves making 2 ½ x 3 ½ pieces of art in any medium. We have backings for you to glue on your cards, so they are “signed” works of art and attributed to BAA. You can use these templates to print your own to cut and glue onto your cards. Printed backs and acetate sleeves will be provided at Art Shops throughout the year We will host communal maker times quarterly or your finished cards can be brought to BAA events. Let's make some little art!
Drop in at Crooked Line Studio (1206 24th St W) during Open Art Fridays - 9 to noon to create the little works of art or drop off finished pieces. We have a box on location for this continuing BAA project. Community members and guests from out-of-town alike were delighted with our recent shower of tiny art to promote the "Fresh Art-Montana Made" show at Gainan's. Backs can be downloaded here - see above - Sleeves are available at most BAA events. Let's replenish the stock for our next art blitz.
